Opening in the Fall 2024, Lola Rose Grand Mezze brings the vibrant allure of the Mediterranean to life in Downtown Palm Springs. Nestled on the second floor of the Thompson Palm Springs, this dining destination is a celebration of Levantine-inspired cuisine, creatively reimagined with a Californian twist.

At Lola Rose, mezze-style dining takes center stage, with a menu that showcases fresh seafood, spiced braised meats, and poultry, all thoughtfully paired with the finest local ingredients from California. The culinary experience is elevated by in-house baked bread, fresh from our tandoor oven, adding a warm, artisanal touch to every meal.
